Pupils across the school have many opportunities to engage in sports they love. This term some children were able to try out new sports they may like including quidditch and ultimate frisbee.

Last week Chloe H, Oliver R, Lorna and Henry flew to Hogwarts (Navenby Primary School) for a Quidditch tournament.
The magical game of Quidditch (officially called quad ball) has spread from Hogwarts and is taking the country by storm. The very busy and active game is a mixture of tag rugby, dodgeball and netball.
The children played in mixed teams with children from other local schools.
Mr Murphy accompanied some of our children from Year 6 who had a great time at trying some new sports. Poppy, Jess B, Hallie, Florrie, Tom, Alex, Sam and Jack B took part in some alternative sports including Ultimate Frisbee and American Football.
They showed leadership, team work and fantastic problem solving during these invasion games.
