The Caythorpe Primary School Netball team have begun their league fixtures. Netball is played in four quarters, each lasting six minutes. After each quarter, the players have to rotate positions as well as change ends. The aim of this is to give all children a chance to play as a defender and an attacker and acquire skills for each position.
Our first competitive game against Church lane, Sleaford on was a well-matched game. The result was 4:6 – however the team were very gracious in defeat.
