Official Opening of the New Library Area.
It was wonderful to welcome so many parents to our Book and Biscuit afternoon to mark the official opening of the new library area.
Class teachers shared their class books with children and parents, before parents and carers shared books and stories with their children. Many choose to try out the new seating and bean bags purchased for the library area.
Our library area has already been used prior to its official opening as a space for pupils to work in small groups as well as making our books much more accessible for pupils to carry out research for their topics.
Children can use the space on Thursday lunchtimes at for reading with Mr Roberts.
